Enjoy exclusive member pricing on our most popular treatments with one easy monthly membership. Whether you’re focused on skincare, body contouring, laser treatments, or wellness, our memberships make it easy to stay consistent while saving every month.
Membership benefits are available only while the membership is active. A minimum six (6) month commitment is required. After the initial commitment period, memberships continue on a month-to-month basis until canceled with at least thirty (30) days’ written notice. Membership benefits do not roll over unless otherwise stated and have no cash value. Benefits are non-transferable and may not be combined with other promotions or discounts unless expressly permitted. Additional treatments, upgrades, taxes, gratuities, and applicable fees are not included. Treatment eligibility is subject to provider evaluation and medical appropriateness. Membership pricing, benefits, and terms are subject to change at the discretion of Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center, where permitted by law.
Facial Membership
Includes one (1) facial treatment per month. Members may choose from any of our seven (7) eligible facial options. One treatment per billing cycle. Unused treatments do not roll over. Upgrades or add-on services are available for an additional charge.
IV Membership
Includes one (1) IV therapy treatment per month with one (1) eligible IV formulation. Available options include Vitamin C, NAD, Myers’ Cocktail, and other participating formulas. Premium IV therapies, add-ons, and upgrades may require an additional fee. Unused treatments do not roll over.
Forma RF Membership
Includes one (1) Forma RF treatment per month. Treatment is intended for facial skin tightening and collagen stimulation. Additional treatment areas, upgrades, or combination treatments are available for an additional charge. Unused treatments do not roll over.
Evolve Membership
Includes two (2) Evolve body contouring treatments per month. Treatments may be used for eligible body contouring, toning, or skin tightening areas as determined by your provider. Additional sessions or treatment areas are available for an additional charge. Unused treatments do not roll over.
Triple Glow Membership
Includes one (1) Triple Glow session per month. Members may choose any two (2) of the following three (3) treatments during each session: PicoWay®, GentleMax Pro®, or CO2 laser. Treatment eligibility is determined by the provider based on individual needs and skin type. Additional treatments and upgrades are available for an additional charge. Unused treatments do not roll over.
